My “wow” moment was that a lot of trust was given in the early days as an advance, not as a castle in the air, but in the actual handover of key accounts.

GPT model with 100% speech recognition and autonomous selection of plug-ins for the best possible task fulfillment.

A good meal followed by a walk.

When we took part in the ToughMudder with a large group and everyone simply helped everyone else.

AC/DC – Thunderstruck – motivating – powerful – optimistic – and comes good on slow motion when you go with the group.
If you could invent a product that would revolutionize office work, what would it look like and what would it do?
I would invent an AI in the shape of a person that answers recurring user questions and then concludes with a face palm.
What is the best lunch break for you?
Going out for dinner with my boys and then a run around the block – alternatively a really good sports session.

Who needs donuts when you can climb a mountain with your team in the middle of the night and then enjoy one of the best snacks at an altitude of 1,800 m with absolute team spirit #sweatbonds 😉 A team event that welds you together and is second to none!
If your office had a soundtrack, which song would be played most often and why?
I love music, but when it comes to finding a song….no chance, my tastes and “office life” are too varied for that. Sometimes, like Katy Perry, we ignite a “Firework” with enthusiasm or you can hear the laughter across the whole corridor, because “Girls (and boys too) just wanna have fun” and sometimes we need “3 days by the sea”, AnnenMayKantereit hit the nail on the head.
If you could invent a product that would revolutionize office work, what would it look like and what would it do?
I’m still waiting for someone to invent beaming. No more travel stress due to traffic jams or strikes and all the useful things you could do with the time you gain…
What is the best lunch break for you?
Cycling to the home office in the best weather. Sort out the day and sometimes the best ideas come to you.

My job interview and the human interaction between colleagues.

Simply a complete playlist with several songs, where there is something for everyone.
If you could invent a product that would revolutionize office work, what would it look like and what would it do?
An AI tool, i.e. a kind of ”robot” that listens in in the background when I’m talking to customers and automatically provides me with objection treatments that I can then use to counter-argue in the best possible way every time.
What is the best lunch break for you?
A few minutes in front of the door in good weather, holding the ball up in a small group and having a barbecue with work colleagues.

Pizza party after great launches of our products.
What was your “wow” moment at Mehrwerk when you thought: “This is better than free donuts at the bistro?”
My special moment at Mehrwerk was when a get-to-know-you evening was organized for the new colleagues and me. Together with the owner and the managing directors, we first played a little icebreaker game to loosen up the atmosphere. Afterwards, business owner Frank Hippen gave a presentation during which we were able to actively ask questions. Finally, we enjoyed dinner together and rounded off the evening. I was inspired and pleased to see how much value Mehrwerk places on a familiar and supportive working atmosphere.
If your office had a soundtrack, which song would be played most often and why?
In my office, the soundtrack “Turn Me On” by Riton, Oliver Heldens and Vula would be playing most often as we try to do stretching exercises for 2-3 minutes every hour to stay fit at work. 😀
If you could invent a product that would revolutionize office work, what would it look like and what would it do?
I would develop a “power napping” chair that is integrated with a recliner so that you can lie down and take a nap during the break if necessary.
What is the best lunch break for you?
A lunch break with all Mehrwerk employees in the bistro, with pizza for everyone.
What was your “wow” moment at Mehrwerk when you thought: “This is better than free donuts at the bistro?”
I was invited to the New Year’s party on the day I signed my contract. This allowed me to get to know the party culture of my team colleagues a few weeks before I started at Mehrwerk and I was able to start my first day at work much more relaxed.
If your office had a soundtrack, which song would be played most often and why?
If there’s one day when we’re all in the office, it would definitely be the song “Zehn kleine Jägermeister” by Die Toten Hosen. We are a colorful, sometimes chaotic bunch and try not to take ourselves too seriously. For the other days, it’s more the song “Allein, allein” by Polarkreis 18 😀 Many of the team live scattered around Germany and are therefore rarely on site. Only the hard core is there.
If you could invent a product that would revolutionize office work, what would it look like and what would it do?
There should be a product that beams colleagues who live far too far away into the office.
What is the best lunch break for you?
For me, the best lunch break is when everyone from the team is on site in Bielefeld, we order food and just have a good time together.
What was your “wow” moment at Mehrwerk when you thought: “This is better than free donuts at the bistro?”
My wow moment at Mehrwerk was when I won the “Golden Franky”. Realizing that your colleagues recognize and appreciate your work.
If your office had a soundtrack, which song would be played most often and why?
The theme song of the gummy bear gang, as it is a perfect description of our office. Here are some fitting excerpts:
“They are there for you when you need them, they are the gummy bears […] They are at home in their caves. […] The juice brings the strength, the adventure laughs.”
If you could invent a product that would revolutionize office work, what would it look like and what would it do?
A robot that tidies the office fully automatically, takes things to the warehouse, sorts cupboards, dusts and throws away boxes.
What is the best lunch break for you?
Sunny walk with colleagues, good conversation and food on Mehrwerk’s neck!!!

When I saw the entire interior and the design for the first time.

“Aufstehn” by Seed to get everyone motivated throughout the day.

My invention would be the input of data etc. via thought transmission.
What is the best lunch break for you?
It’s best to sit outside in the sun, headphones on, listening to music and eating something delicious.
